Dear St. Michael, protector of souls, terror of demons, guard my heart today.
Help me to open my heart to love others as I should. But help me keep my heart safe.
Protect me from anyone, mortal or devil, who wishes to harm my heart, today and always.
Please help me remember how precious my heart is to God and that it is worth protecting and saving for those who truly love me.
Please also guard the hearts of all my sisters.
